Privacy notice

1. What information does the App collect?

Stored only on your device. The App saves your sound setting, chosen language, best score and total score on your device so they are kept between games. This information is not sent to us, and it is removed when you delete the App.

Collected by Google AdMob. The App includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK. According to Google, the SDK automatically collects:

• your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of the device;
• interactions with the App and its ads, such as app launches, taps and video views;
• diagnostic information about the performance of the App and the SDK, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use;
• device identifiers: on Android, the advertising ID and app set ID; on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking, and otherwise identifiers limited to our apps.

Google uses this data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. It is encrypted in transit.

iOS only. The App downloads its level files from our website hosting provider, GitHub, which receives your IP address as part of any web request. If you use Apple Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center profile.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location or payment information.

2. Advertising and consent

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy settings. If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalized ads, which rely on contextual information and limited data for purposes such as fraud prevention and frequency capping.

On iOS, the App asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this later in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the Android settings.

3. Who receives the information?

Because we do not operate servers for the App, we do not hold or sell any personal information about you. The information described above is received by:

• Google (AdMob), to deliver, measure and protect advertising;
• Apple (Game Center, iOS only), if you use Game Center;
• GitHub (iOS only), which hosts the level files the App downloads.

We receive only aggregated advertising and app statistics from Google and the app stores, which do not identify you.

4. Is information transferred internationally?

Google, Apple and GitHub may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information about users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred, these providers rely on legal safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long is information kept?

Settings and scores stay on your device until you delete the App. Information collected by Google, Apple and GitHub is kept according to their own retention policies. We do not keep copies.

6. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help you have it removed.

7. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold personal information about you, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google through Google's privacy controls; we are also happy to help if you contact us.

If you are in the European Economic Area and believe your information is processed unlawfully, you may complain to your local data protection authority. Contact details are listed by the European Data Protection Board. In Switzerland, contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

California residents may request information about any personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.

8. Third-party websites and ads

Ads in the App come from third parties that are not affiliated with us and may link to other websites or apps. Their privacy practices are not covered by this notice; please review their policies before sharing information with them.

9. Updates to this notice

We will update this notice when the App's data practices change, for example if we add a new service provider. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
